Mary Ann Tourjee offers, you are stating that you have read this legal disclaimer and Rev. Nancy Higgins and/or Rev. Mary Ann Tourjee's terms of service, that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

1. You are 18 years of age or older.

2. 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed. By its very nature, working with Spirit and with psychic energy requires the participation of at least one human and humans are imperfect creatures. 4. Monetary Offerings for services must be received at the time of  your scheduled session. Distance work must be paid in advance of your email or telephone appointment.  Cash and personal checks are accepted.  Should you need to cancel your scheduled service or should Rev. Nancy Higgins and/or Rev. Mary Ann Tourjee need to cancel your scheduled service, you will be offered the option of rescheduling that service.  Sliding Scales are available for those in financial need.

5. Any and all correspondence between yourself and Rev. Nancy Higgins and/or Rev. Mary Ann Tourjee is intended for you only. Copyright laws and confidentiality agreements apply. You agree that you will not share, publish, display nor distribute it in any way.

6. Rev. Nancy Higgins and/or Rev. Mary Ann Tourjee may use a recording device during communications, consultations, and/or sessions for the purposes of record keeping and to assist in the process of the services they provide. These recordings and all other personal information are kept strictly confidential at all times. You fully understand and agree to this.
